Need a home inspection...they have a Master Inspector they work with. Need a loan...they have suggestions for that too. We did shop for a loan ourselves. There company was better than our bank and credit union. It is one stop shopping with outstanding, professionals independent of each other, but that work together as an outstanding team. They communicate well with each other and keep you in the loop. They have the best of the best already on their "team". You don't have to use their team, but why wouldn't you? They have numerous years working with these people; who really are the best of the best. Pete is amazing. He is the most calm, reassuring man; lessening the stress of buying a home. Kim found us the home of our dreams. She talked us out of settling for a "lesser" home (in every way) and kept us from making a huge mistake. This company has years of experience and knows ALL aspects of buying a home. Between them they have done it all. To say we highly recommend this company is inadequate. They are awesome! You will have no regrets if you choose them!
