  After 2 whole years of living at the place, I can finally and I mean finally make this review. Management? Horrible. There was no care or concern about the residents at all. Parties could be thrown until 3am outside with speakers going and disrupting buildings and they would do nothing. That was another time where they did a mass towing of cars that did not have a parking pass. Well there was a car that was exactly like mine. The other one had the 2 day warning and mine did not. But guess whose car was towed? MINE! Not the other persons. They wouldn’t reimburse me for getting it out: they simply told me they were sorry this happened but they can tow at owners expense. Ridiculous. The units themselves, they are decently spacious for bedrooms. They are just so so so outdated. They are showing their age and don’t look *nice* Also, pests, me and my roommates were all very clean people and cleaned all the time, somehow, halfway through 2024 there was a massive cockroach infestation! They did NOTHING. I killed hundreds and have seen thousands of roaches in all rooms of my 3/3 condo. And these were huge roaches. And numerous other buildings had this issue at the complex. It was completely disgusting and made it to where you couldn’t even cook with ingredients because as soon as they go on the counter, your fighting roaches. I am not a believer of not giving the good and the bad and there was some good. Not because of the apartment though. The location is great. If you work at Disney, it is a lovely location that is close to work and all sorts of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Old town is a little iffy these days but Osceola parkway side is much better. Overall, I had an abysmal time here as the units are old and dated, management couldn’t care at all about residents and cockroaches live there without paying rent. Please do not lease here unless you get 75% off the advertised rent and they pay for FULL pest control.
