  It’s not a bad place to lived the problem is no parking I’m disabled and no parking at all if you come late from the grocery store and disabled parking are far if available from the apartment manager is nice keep telling me that they will put one near my apartment still waiting almost a year. My car has been towed twice and the tow company they hire are very rude and I have seen how they treat the cars when they tow them told the office and respond was that was they problem if you want to lived here be prepared for having to deal with parking staff are wonderful . Now if you want a v.I.P spot is extra while everyone else has to look for parking that is short of parking now renting the space for tow company to removed

  No recomendaría a nadie vivir en este complejo a menos que no le importe que le remolquen el auto con frecuencia la señora sonia y el servicio de grua tienen un negocio con los remolques hay que denunciar esto...

  No les recomiendo cambiarse este comple ayer un compañero de trabajo me vino a traer porque mi carro estaba malo y solo duro 20 minutos y les remolcaron el carro y hoy me paré porque iba a llevar mi carro a el taller y ya lo avían remolcado también y eso que soy residente de este comple tuve que pagar por el carro de mi compañero porque el me vino a traer y hoy pagar por el mi

  Last night I had a bad experience in that otherwise very nice community, but my vehicle was towed, impounded, and released in less than 1 hour and 10 minutes. I had to pay $215.00 for parking in a spot where I usually park when I go there and have never had any problems before. On this occasion, the parking space had the letters "VIP" spray-painted on the ground, which requires people to look at the ground to see the designation. I went outside, didn't see my vehicle, and didn't see any signs on the wall indicating "NO PARKING," "PRIVATE PARKING," or "YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED, PLEASE CALL THIS NUMBER," as you can see in the photo above. There was nothing to indicate what had happened to my vehicle. Additionally, based on my observation, the designation “VIP” is not clearly defined within the community’s parking rules, nor does it appear to be a legally recognized or properly posted restricted parking designation under Florida law. A tow truck driver happened to be driving by, and I stopped him. He told me that my car had been towed and gave me a number to call. I sent an email to Ms. S. Belmonte and hope to receive a response.
