  Para aplicar me dijeron que aplicará que si no aprobaba,me devolvían una parte del dinero,Pague 250 y según que solo me hiban a descontar 80 y lo demas si no me me aceptaban la aplicación me lo devolvian,esto fue en julio y nunca me devolvieron nada.He llamado varias veces y siempre me ponen excusas.Simplemente me robaron mi dinero.Si les hacen promesas como esta piénsenlo porque a mi nunca me devolvieron nada.Esto fue el 16 de julio

  La señorita de la recepción , Sonia creo que se llama debe trabajar en el manejo de sus emociones ya que su cargo requiere una buena comunicación y manejo de situaciones difíciles. No fue para nada buena nuestra experiencia el 1 día en cuanto a su recibimiento , en la entrega de las llaves , en la explicación de procesos importantes de ingreso , es preferible que el residente espere a no recibir un primer día tan chocante y delante de más personas.

  Absolutely the worst customer service and staff I have ever dealt with. The policy and the procedures are always changing in such a way to benefit the company and cause a financial burden to all tenants. They tow daily from authorized and tow vehicles already approved for that are on the lease regardless of the situation. The manage Sonia Belfonte and Christian Soto are combative and abrassive in nature and do not have the customer service skills needed for this setting. We attempted to negotiate a renewal and speak about the parking problems with no avail and then they charged us a failure to provide Notice fee!!! Although we have written proof of our discusion before the due date. However, they failed to acknowlege these discussions or emails. Please feel free to contact me for any futher information you would like to know before leasing at this location!

  I wouldn’t advise anyone to live in this complex unless you are okay with your vehicle getting towed often or barely being able to use the pool. The towing company here seems to tow anything with wheels even when visitors are parked responsibly, which makes having guests over nearly impossible. The apartment floors are poor quality and definitely not worth the price you are paying. The office advocates are nice only when trying to get you to sign the lease, but once you are moved in they are rarely helpful or pleasant when you actually need assistance. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this place is managed.

  Es una mierda todo uno paga para que tengan todos sus servicios, pero al final cada uno no paga para nada no hay parqueaderos los que trabajan acá no les importa como se sienta. El arrendador no paga para tener su propio parqueadero, pero si le determinan recogiendo el carro a uno ha sido uno de los peores apartamentos a los que yo he venido si me leen no se mueven acá porque les van a recoger sus carros , aparte ahora todo el tiempo tengo que estar preocupado de qué cuando llegue tengo que encontrar parqueadero o si no, no sabes dónde dejar el carro
