  By the way, my rating is a zero not one star because one star will be a , I got accused with a false accusation with no evidence ever that they can prove their case so grateful this company got kicked out of my HOA.This is the worst management company ever in the whole entire history of the state of Florida please I beg anyone not to use these horrible management company very unprofessional. They don’t take care of the properties and very very unprofessional management people. Specially, Tyffany, Marshalls And others as well thank God they got fired from our community. The best thing that ever happened please don’t support this company Thank you

  The parking here is so frustrating. You're required to have a parking permit but yet the association does not enforce it. We have neighbors with 7 cars taking up all of the spots. The fee's keep increasing but the service decreases. There is so many other issues with this association and that's why they have such a low star rating.

  From my opinion is 0 stars, I requested a permit to paint my house, and during the process, I was shown the official color books at their office to select from the approved options. I carefully chose the colors from the available samples, yet my permit was later denied with the explanation that those colors were not permitted. When I returned to their office for clarification, I was told that the book had been changed — and that they themselves were not aware of it. This situation clearly reflects negligence on their part. Additionally, they take an excessive amount of time to process requests, causing repeated project delays. However, they seem to be very strict and quick to issue fines for the smallest infractions, such as not removing temporary decorations on time. This lack of consistency and accountability is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

  This AMG Association Management group of central Florida located in 102 park place blvd are the worst. This people besides the poor customer service. You go there with a simple problem and you still have to wait on their time to resolve any type of issues. They should take some type of customer service and the Manager in charge never have time to take care of the owners issues. No wonder why people keep selling their houses here all because of the poos customer service.

  This is my first time to leave a comment for our HOA during the past twelve years. If I could I will rate for ZERO star! Miss Leslie used to have a very sweet and nice assistant lady in the past. Miss Leslie’s current assistant Jackie is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. Jackie hasn’t even gotten to know what do I need for help, she was extremely irritable and she was keeping arguing for nothing non-stop. Our HOA fees have being raised up in a row in two years currently. I still give full respect to our HOA staffs even most of my neighbors complain them and some of them moved away. There is no reason for Jackie could being such arrogant to on top of us. I wish the owner of this facility could getting to know better of Jackie’s attitude. Why does she have such terrible negative emotions at work? Check this up please, how many negative comments on this HOA website?! It’s a shame! We definitely need better people or team to serve our community in the future!!!
