    Thank you so much Maintenance Team! Christian and Jose are Amazing! Anything maintenance wise at this place is Awesome! They have a quick response and get stuff done efficiently and fast! Best Maintenance Ever!

    Was a resident back in April. First off this place is full of drugs, people smoking on their patio and cockroaches. Management as well as corporate management Christina watts could care less about tenant satisfaction. My children found drugs and a straw our first move in week. Waiting for a security deposit from August 1, 2025 which was promised and in writing from Christina watts it would be refunded in full and not be charged for cleaning. Now nobody wants to honor the in writing agreement. Still don’t have a deposit and ready to take legal action. Avoid this place. It’s overpriced project living.
