I am deeply disappointed with this complex. Many of the things it claims to offer do not work, and overall the experience has been very negative.
In the office, Jennifer Reyes has a rude, unprofessional attitude and lacks any kind of tact when dealing with residents. Yesterday, they needed to check something in my apartment and I politely asked if they could wait 40 minutes so I could be present. Her response was:
“They are already going in. I’m not asking you, I'm letting you know.”
I consider this a total lack of respect. I pay rent, this is my private space, and they should not enter without giving me an option or at least showing a respectful attitude. I understand that maintenance staff may have schedules, but that does not justify poor treatment. Anyone working with the public should know how to communicate respectfully.
Additionally, there are ongoing issues such as packages being stolen from the mail room, and overall the community in this place is terrible.
The only person who truly provides good service and always maintains a kind and professional attitude is Dayana, the front desk staff member. She truly makes a difference.
Honestly, if you are looking for a place to move to, I do not recommend this complex.

I'm writing to let you know that I was at the office and spoke with Daiana and another woman whose name I don't know.
Both of them always provide excellent service whenever we need them; they're always happy to help anyone.
Even though the structural aspects, rules of use, and maintenance aren't handled exactly as we expected, we really can't complain about their service.
The condominium's infrastructure is incredible, and I believe we can make it easier for everyone to use.

I moved here two months ago and had huge expectations for this beautiful place. Unfortunately, nothing works. The sauna doesn't work and nobody knows what to do. Several pieces of gym equipment are broken, the games room is completely unusable, there are no tarot cards for the pool table, nobody knows how to make the bowling machine work, and there are no ping-pong balls. The office rooms are locked and unusable on a daily basis. Not to mention the communal recreation area, which is only open during business hours, and during business hours we are all busy and will never use it. I am really very disappointed.

This has been one of the WORST living experiences I’ve had. Management is extremely unorganized and unresponsive to issues—both personal and around the complex. This property is advertised as “upscale,” but the reality does not match the price or the promises.
For the amount I pay, the quality of living does not make sense when things are constantly broken and take months, sometimes even over a year, to be fixed. The sauna hasn’t worked in years, and gym equipment is frequently broken.
Children are often in the gym and damage the machines because it is directly connected to the playroom, yet nothing is done to properly manage or prevent this. As a result, equipment takes even longer to be repaired.
The main access door to the building also took months to fix, during which time I felt unsafe. Parking is also a constant issue—if you don’t get home before 7 p.m., finding a spot is nearly impossible.
This is a pet-friendly community, so some noise is expected. However, what was not clearly mentioned is that a train passes by throughout the day and night. This was something that personally bothered me when I first moved in and made it difficult to fully feel comfortable in my home.
It has taken a real mental and emotional toll living here. This situation has been extremely stressful and overwhelming, especially when trying to express my concerns and not feeling heard. The lack of urgency is beyond me, particularly since management changed in the past year and new front office staff took over.
In my experience, Jennifer and Jaylene have been the most unhelpful. They speak as if they care and will get things done, but follow-through is lacking, and it is extremely difficult to get any response afterward.
The overall carelessness and lack of accountability from management is disappointing. I would NOT recommend living here if you value responsiveness, safety, and proper maintenance.
