I moved here two months ago and had huge expectations for this beautiful place. Unfortunately, nothing works. The sauna doesn't work and nobody knows what to do. Several pieces of gym equipment are broken, the games room is completely unusable, there are no tarot cards for the pool table, nobody knows how to make the bowling machine work, and there are no ping-pong balls. The office rooms are locked and unusable on a daily basis. Not to mention the communal recreation area, which is only open during business hours, and during business hours we are all busy and will never use it. I am really very disappointed.

I toured this property on behalf of my friend moving from out of state. The property's atmosphere and staff are so warm and inviting. The leasing agent I toured with named Diana, was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the property and area. The amenities are lovely and their upkeep is great. Their 1 bedrooms are so spacious. I can't wait to share the details with my friend so she can get started on her application.

This has been one of the WORST living experiences I’ve had. Management is extremely unorganized and unresponsive to issues—both personal and around the complex. This property is advertised as “upscale,” but the reality does not match the price or the promises.
For the amount I pay, the quality of living does not make sense when things are constantly broken and take months, sometimes even over a year, to be fixed. The sauna hasn’t worked in years, and gym equipment is frequently broken.
Children are often in the gym and damage the machines because it is directly connected to the playroom, yet nothing is done to properly manage or prevent this. As a result, equipment takes even longer to be repaired.
The main access door to the building also took months to fix, during which time I felt unsafe. Parking is also a constant issue—if you don’t get home before 7 p.m., finding a spot is nearly impossible.
This is a pet-friendly community, so some noise is expected. However, what was not clearly mentioned is that a train passes by throughout the day and night. This was something that personally bothered me when I first moved in and made it difficult to fully feel comfortable in my home.
It has taken a real mental and emotional toll living here. This situation has been extremely stressful and overwhelming, especially when trying to express my concerns and not feeling heard. The lack of urgency is beyond me, particularly since management changed in the past year and new front office staff took over.
In my experience, Jennifer and Jaylene have been the most unhelpful. They speak as if they care and will get things done, but follow-through is lacking, and it is extremely difficult to get any response afterward.
The overall carelessness and lack of accountability from management is disappointing. I would NOT recommend living here if you value responsiveness, safety, and proper maintenance.

I’ve been living in 19 south but over a year now, and I can honestly say that I truly enjoy living at this community. The only reason I am writing this is because of the amount of negative reviews. I’ve recently been reading. I’ve noticed that most people take the time to leave bad reviews are usually the ones who are unhappy because of their situations. Clearly that many of them are simply not accurate. The Office team is amazing, professionally helpful and always willing to assist. The maintenance staff is just as great; responsive respectful, and they get the job done. I recently read a review from someone named gem and honestly if you pay your rent on time you won’t have eviction issues. That’s just how life works. If you don’t pay your card payment you get your car repossessed if you don’t pay your phone bill your service gets turned off if you don’t pay your electric bill, your power gets shut off. Rent is no different. This community has been a great place to live. I’ve had a great experience. Nothing but positive.

Unfortunately, this place is poorly managed. They don't care about the tenants and they just want to collect rent. I did not want to come on here trashing the place. The entrance doors have been broken since I moved here in September 2025. I have made multiple complaints about the doors and the safety concerns, especially for 1st floor tenants, but to no avail. It's been about two weeks since they finally fixed one of the entrance doors of my building. It took a complaint from another tenant on the communities portal, for something to finally be done about it.
The door handles to access the pool, are broken, as well as the key systems. I've been unable to access the pools from most entry points. And the grills are also broken.
The game room has been closed since last year, around November. The key system to get in the Game Room is also broken. This was reported to the office several times. According to management, they informed upper management and nothing was being done. This was prior to the flood that occurred around November 2025 that caused more damage and closure. The tenants have been notified it should re open early February 2026. One of the amenities not impacted by the flooding, remains broken (can be seen through the windows from outside looking in). The Game Room was only assessable until 5pm on the weekends. For more time and/or parties, the office was charging a fee "to rent it."
There are a lot of big and some dangerous dogs in the community. A German Shepard almost killed a small Bichon/Poodle mix. That same dog and another big dog, can be seen barking at everyone from one of the 3rd floor balconies facing the back. This was brought to the attention of the office.
A lot of the lights around the pond don't work, therefore not providing lighting that is important at night.
They have the audacity to threaten me with eviction for not being able to pay the rent until the end of the month. I wish I would've read the reviews.
