Screw this complex. Absolutely horrible management. Nickle and diming me for move out just to spite me. Threatening to charge me more if I dispute it. Won’t even acknowledge my emails or return my messages. Yet sending me notifications of going to collections for their $350 cleaning fee like what? I bleached polished swept mopped whipped and vaccine everything. Photos attached for proof.
My experience at Ebbtide Apartments has been very positive, and I have been very pleased with both the community and the outstanding staff.
Sonia was the first person we met, and she made the apartment search experience wonderful from the very beginning. She took the time to show us around, listened carefully to our needs, and helped us find the perfect apartment layout for our family. Her patience, warmth, and genuine desire to help made the process feel easy and reassuring.
Jacky has also been incredibly kind and helpful and willing to answer any questions thoroughly.
I would especially like to recognize Christian for his attentiveness and thoughtful customer service. He has gone above and beyond to make sure concerns are heard and addressed. His kindness and dedication are greatly appreciated.
A special thank you as well to Rafael, the maintenance technician, who has been incredibly fast, attentive, and efficient with my service requests. Having someone so responsive and dependable makes living here so much better and gives real peace of mind.
I am a resident of this apartment complex, and I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Ms. Sonia Belmonte for her outstanding work as manager. Her dedication and firm commitment to enforcing the rules have made a noticeable difference in the quality of life here. Thanks to her efforts, I now feel a greater sense of peace and comfort in my home.
She maintains the property impeccably—common areas are always clean and well cared for. Parking, which used to be a concern, is now well organized, and I can confidently say I no longer worry about finding a space.
Ms. Sonia, I understand that not everyone may agree with the level of discipline and order you uphold. However, those standards are exactly what create a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents who truly value it. Since your arrival, the improvement has been clear and meaningful.
Thank you for your hard work and for making this community a place where I genuinely feel comfortable living.

I spent a year there and Overall, just not for *me*.
Pros
Plenty of amenities and services like a pool, bbq area, gym And monthly activities
Leasing team that’s willing to work with you In most casesAnd the maintenance team was always on top of any repairs and issues.
Clean Modern apartments I can’t say I had any pest control.
Family friendly
Cons
It’s perfect if you have no friends or family to visit you. Getting a guest pass is time consuming.
If you’re like me that likes to Have friends over in the evening or late night, Expect it to be a short visit or their cars will be towed if you did not get a guest pass before the leasing office closes.
Parking is limited and is “a luxury”, they will lease you one of the many empty garages since the community was built without sufficient parking for those residents that do not want to rent a garage. I work late nights and many times I had park at locations where I would have to wake up in the middle of the night to Either move my car or pray it doesn’t get towed until the morning, even though the community has all your information.
But like I said, it just wasn’t for me.
I’ll say the leasing team we met for touring the property were incredibly kind! The property is beautiful, the unit we saw was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I was obsessed with the community amenities. The option to rent equipment like vacuums? So cool! A few things contributed to us deciding not to rent here. When we first arrived, the coffee bar was swarmed with ants, all over the counter top. A few other reviews mentioned bugs and this raised a red flag, right off the bat. It was also made clear that this is not the place to live if you want to have guests over. We like to entertain and are respectful hosts and neighbors, but it sounded like a very complicated process to have visitors. I don’t want to feel like I’m a college kid having to sign visitors into my dorm when I’m a grown adult paying that amount of money to be policed so aggressively on the parking situation. We even offered to buy a garage so we could store our cars and have one single space outside, should we decide last minute to have guests over for dinner and not have time to coordinate with the office during business hours. Maybe it’s perfect for people who don’t have many friends/family in the area, but it wasn’t going to work for us.
