I left my name and number as requested by the voicemail. But NOT ONCE have I received a call/text back regarding the apartments. This is by far the most unprofessional place in the Florida Keys. Last but certainly not least, if not responding to my previous calls/texts wasn't bad enough you can't even go to the apartments to talk to anybody because it has a gate (which is a plus) with no way to get inside. So to make a long story short you can't speak with anyone about renting an apartment. Also, whoever is SUPPOSED to answer the phones should be FIRED!!!!!! Thank you for your time, NOT!!!

The main delay was from the county approving me for affordable housing or something so I wasn’t able to move in at my expected date but Deslyn was very helpful in keeping me up to date on my application and what phase we were at. Now to just see how the rest of my time here plays out and I hope that it will be as great as my application experience.
