- TRTori RelloJul 26, 20245.0I’ve lived at Floresta for over a year and absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, amenities are great and staff is always super sweet and helpful! Maintenance is really quick and does a good job fixing any issues. I’ve lived in several other complexes in the area and Floresta is by far the best one! Worth every penny to live in this community. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment or townhome!

- JWJim WilliamsApr 22, 20174.0Floresta is a wonderful place if you own pets and want an apartment to live in. It is quiet and most everyone is friendly. There are several layouts to choose from and the rent price is very affordable for Jupiter. It is close to virtually any business you need. Publix, Bamboo Wok, and Subway are just a few places directly across Military Trail, a 2 minute walk. Indiantown Road is a mile and a half north and Donald Ross is 2 miles south so it is in an amazing area. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because there is beige carpet throughout, and it could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms, but everything works fine. Saran, the lady who works in the office is outstanding. She is very polite and friendly. On the safety side, I walk my dog at various times and have never felt uneasy or in any way threatened. It is well lit and has a nice center walk area for pets. There are waste containers and poop bags for dogs stationed around the property. Most owners pick up their dog's poop, but for the few idiots who don't, you can't blame the apartment complex for that. We are very happy and comfortable living here and have had not one issue to complain about. We had 2 little maintenance issues that were handle the next day after reporting them. I would give it 4 1/2 stars.
