  What an amazing experience! I came to visit this community and, WOW! Jennifer greeted me with the kindest smile and made me feel welcome from the very start. ​In most of my past experiences touring residences, agents tend to rush the process, focusing more on pushing paperwork and fees on the person in front of them. My experience with Jennifer was completely different. Throughout our tour, she held great conversation and was incredibly informative, sharing insights on: ​-The unique history of the building. ​-The thoughtful design of the various floors. ​-Upcoming community events and the surrounding neighborhood. ​I left feeling truly connected to the space as if I were already part of this historic East Side community. What is even more impressive is that she has only been at this location for three weeks! ​Thank you, Jennifer, for your gracious hospitality and your clear dedication to building a real sense of community. Highly recommended!

  This building does something most new construction can't — it has actual character. The original brick, terracotta, and ceilings are all intact and the space feels completely unlike anything else in Jacksonville.

  all I can say is wow !! The community, the units , the amenities, and staff everything is just Top Tier !! Property manager and everyone in the office are just the most outstanding an helpful people ever. You’re always greeted with with a smile even from neighbors. Most certainly the best place I’ve stayed !! Highly recommend!!

  I’m honestly surprised when people describe Neha the Apartment Manager as nice. I’m a very straightforward person and I speak from my experience. Since moving to Terminal Warehouse, my interactions with her have felt consistently unfair and lacking compassion. Recently, I lost my mother whom I had not seen in 10 years, which has been extremely difficult for me. I communicated my situation respectfully regarding my apartment, but the response I received felt very cold and dismissive. I understand there are rules and obligations, but residents also deserve basic kindness and understanding, especially when they are willing to cooperate and resolve issues responsibly.
