  I THINK THE PHOTOS FOR THIS TIMBERWALK MUST HAVE BEEN TAKEN WHEN THE PLACE WAS BUILT 35 YEARS AGO- THE TELESCOPIC LENSES MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK SO MUCH LARGER BY LIKE 10 TIMES- COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC FOR MY HUBBY AND I THOUGH WE ARE RETIRED AND JUST THE TWO OF US THERE WAS NO WAY WE COULD LIVE IN A TWO-BEDROOM TWO-BATH THERE!!! I UNDERSTAND SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE CHOICES BUT THIS PROPERTY IS SO OLD AND SO RUN DOWN ALL OF THE BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING THAT YOU SEE IS COMPLETELY DEAD AND BROWN- I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO LIVE THERE 😔

  Moved in back in October and I've been really happy here. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the gated entrance makes it feel secure. Have to give a special shoutout to Natalya in the leasing office she's incredibly helpful and professional, and genuinely makes you feel at home every time you stop by. Maintenance is also top notch; every request I've had has been handled within a day or two by a friendly, efficient team. Only minor thing is the kitchen runs a little small, but honestly it's easy to work with and a small trade-off for everything else this place has going for it. Highly recommend Timber Walk at Mandarin!

  I am now in my second year living at Timberwalk at Mandarian and I am BLESSED to call this place home. Not only is the location great with being in sure close distance to many shops and restaurants, but also having the interstate 3 minutes away is great for work commutes. This community is quiet and homey, which is exactly what I love about it. Natalie and Nanalee at the leasing office are incredible. They are quick to respond and truly care about the people living here, always asking how I am when they see me and being besties with my pups! Kevin is a fantastic maintenance man, SUPER fast and efficient in his work and checking in to make sure things are still going okay. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. They also always put on different events and food trucks for the community to enjoy which is unlike the previous complex I lived at at Beachwalk. 20 out of 10 recommend moving here!
