  Crystal and Al were truly angels in disguise. They went above and beyond to help me find an apartment that perfectly fit my needs and made me feel right at home. Moving from out of town made the process challenging, but thanks to them, I found a perfect place. They made my immediate move-in incredibly smooth ,everything was completed and I was able move in with in 48 hours.

  Update after management response. I do not care if you think it’s unfair. Management did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue until Monday morning after these guests ruined an entire weekend. There was zero staff presence or response all weekend while they continued to terrorize residents. Your response only strengthens my argument that this isn’t a good place to live. I visited a friend at Station San Marco today because they have been trying to convince me to move in, but after what I witnessed at the rooftop pool around 10:00 AM, there is absolutely no way I would ever sign a lease here. The building looks nice on the surface, but the management clearly has no control over the environment, and the behavior of some of the residents is actually dangerous. A group showed up and immediately turned the entire area into a hostile zone. They brought a massive speaker and blasted music so loud that you could not even think, let alone relax. The most terrifying part was watching them drink and then actually throw glass alcohol bottles directly into the pool. It is common knowledge that glass in a pool area is a massive safety hazard, but they did not seem to care at all about the risk of someone getting a serious injury. The level of indecency was also beyond anything I have ever seen at a residential property. One individual in the group was a trans man wearing a tiny bikini and was repeatedly, and seemingly intentionally, adjusting the bottoms to expose his genitals to everyone on the deck. It felt predatory and completely inappropriate for a public space where people are just trying to enjoy their morning. If management is going to charge these kinds of prices but allow people to break every safety rule and act lewdly in common areas, I am definitely taking my money elsewhere. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a respectful or safe community to stay far away from this place. Final verdict is a hard pass.

  Crystal was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and gave so much insight on apartments when it came to pricing availability and amenities! If you want to book a tour book with her!!!
