  Ms. Latasha gave me a tour of the property which was very beautiful. LaTasha was very detailed, professional and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with her.

  I’m a previous resident and lived at The Residences at Enso for about a year, and my experience—especially with Emely—has been phenomenal. From the start, she gave the best tour, answered all my questions, and made the move-in process so easy. She’s very caring and truly knows the community. Living at Enso has been amazing. It’s a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place, and being close to the beach makes it even better. The community is always well taken care of, and the maintenance team is top-notch and very quick to handle anything. Emely is always so helpful whenever anyone needs something. She’s friendly, professional, and truly the best assistant manager!

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience at The Residences at Enso, and a huge part of that is because of the assistant manager (Emely). She truly goes above and beyond in everything she does. No matter how busy the office is or how much pressure she’s under, she always conducts herself with professionalism, grace, and genuine kindness. What stands out most is how she handles challenges. Instead of brushing concerns aside, she listens carefully, communicates clearly, and works hard to find real solutions. You can tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in making sure things are handled the right way. It’s rare to see someone balance business and compassion so well. Her positive attitude and problem-solving mindset make a huge difference in the community. I’m genuinely happy with my experience at The Residences at Enso and grateful for the leadership and care shown by the team. Highly recommend!

  The apartment is extremely clean and very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff members are incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, they usually come within an hour and resolve the issue right away. Compared to other apartments, I honestly couldn’t find any real downsides. The valet trash service is excellent, and I especially appreciate how they handle cardboard disposal. The neighbors are wonderful, and the entire community feels quiet, peaceful, and friendly. The only minor downside is that because they take such good care of the landscaping, I occasionally wake up to the sound of gardening equipment in the morning lol,but that just shows how well they maintain the property! 😊
