I’ve lived here for two years, and I’m signing another lease. It’s a wonderful place to live. 295 is right there, but you can’t hear it at all. It’s a very secluded complex. The maintenance is on top of it. I LOVE Oscar! He’s apart of maintenance. He’s always riding around the complex with a smile and fixes anything in your apartment with kindness and respect. Highly recommend Oasis!
I’m currently having a very frustrating experience with “quiet enjoyment” in this community. The tenant above my unit makes constant loud running and heavy footsteps, especially late at night, often starting after 10 PM.
I’ve tried to resolve this the right way—I even called dispatch myself—but nothing has been done. I’ve also reported the issue to management multiple times, and unfortunately, there has been no action or meaningful response.
I understand that some level of noise is normal in apartment living, but this goes far beyond that and has been seriously affecting my ability to rest and work from home. It’s disappointing that management has not taken steps to address a repeated disturbance like this.
Not happy with the term ‘luxury’ if it smells marijuana in our building, specifically in the elevator.

We had such a great time bringing shaved ice to The Oasis! As a local shaved ice business (Bodega Boys), it was amazing working with a team that goes above and beyond to provide their residents with fun, memorable experiences. Not every complex takes the time to do something like this, and the residents had an absolute blast. We can’t wait to work with this amazing team again!

This property is conveniently located with a foot bridge to St. John’s Town Center. The units are spacious and the amenities are 24hrs other than the pool which closes at 10. The first seven months of my lease were miserable due to the fact that my upstairs neighbors also rented the garage directly underneath my bedroom. They were constantly in and out and their garage door slammed with each opening.
Maintenance staff preferred to access my unit when I was not at home despite my attempts be available to grant access for repairs. Sam, the property manager is horrible! She is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with, and I lived in the Bronx. Matt the head of maintenance is almost equally as awful. Lucia, Felicia, and Abbie R. were kind and respectful staff members. The others I did my best to avoid.
The atmosphere was most unwelcoming and I felt like a visitor in my own community. I once had to call JSO and was told I should just leave the community room if I did not like being called “the N word”. Which told me everything I needed to know about the new neighborhood I had recently moved to.
The ceilings and floors seemed to be made of paper mache, I could hear each step made upstairs and the comings and goings from the garage beneath me. I could go on but I have made my point.
Good luck renting from this place.
