It's totally worth living here with its amenities: a lovely gym, a coffee area, a pet bathing area, and more! The activities at the clubhouse and so much more are fantastic. The management team truly cares about your well-being; they're friendly and proactive. Maintenance does an excellent job, always striving to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. The entire management team is incredibly friendly. If I could give more stars, I would without hesitation.Team the loree 100%

Gabriella and Mary Beth in the leasing office, go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect! Close to shopping, major highways, the beach, downtown. Definitely very safe community as well.

I have met several of my neighbors through interactions at the TWO lil dog parks, out at the grills or pool, at community events and at food truck nights! They are really creative with activities for the residents and make it an engaging community to be a part of! It’s super convenient to several grocery stores and the highway if you need to scoot anywhere around town! The units are very spacious and private! I almost never hear the neighbors coming or going or loud when I’m trying to sleep! Great insulation for noise and AC! I love it here! We will renew again next year!
