He took the time to explain the fix and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s a relief to know the property is in such good hands!"

  Victor replaced a board that my washing machine needed! Took a while to figure out the issue but after a year he was the one who figured it out! Thanks Victor! I wanted to come back and add Aldo and Dennis in leasing to this as well. They have really set the standard and corrected all my issues

  Had the worst experience during applying, three applicants , $300 , one person makes 6 figures alone, and the third party system they use “vero” flagged during verification process for “potential fraud”….in saying this -no one would answer the phone or help get to a solution as we knew this was not correct and we wanted to get it looked further into so we could move in quickly as planned and needed. The office told me they were going to speak with upper management to see if someone could assist and get back to me ….i heard nothing back ….i called in many times and only get the ai answering machine ….i sent email asking for update and was told “maybe try re apply” im sorry why would I give you $300 more dollars for same issue to occur when you all refuse to help. I reached out again and was told id have an answer on if the management could manually review the issue so we could move fwd as my lease was up and I was on a time limit….never heard back . Very unfortunate and very unprofessional to do a single mom this way…. Update-after posting this review I finally got an email back telling me yet again I could try to reapply but they can’t guarantee same issue won’t happen. I had to find another place last min that thankfully was amazing and go us taken care of within 24 hours and keys within 72 hours ….i can’t believe i called the avenues so many times over a week and got no actual help, just a run around and then told id “hear back shortly” and no response until posting a bad review…..good luck if you want to live here

  I never actually got to see the apartment. The staff directed me to complete a self-guided tour, and when I asked where the building was located, I was simply told to use Google Maps. What should have been a straightforward visit turned into a frustrating scavenger hunt with little to no guidance from the team. While trying to locate the building, I asked a tenant who was walking by for help and took the opportunity to ask about her experience. She was very candid and advised that if I have other options, I should strongly consider them. She shared that maintenance is often unresponsive and that the area is prone to flooding. She also suggested reading through other Google reviews carefully before making a decision. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect a level of professionalism or support that would make me feel confident choosing this community.

  Wonderful community, the team here is so friendly and are always ready to assist. Sonia in the office has helped us with everything since day one, she is so patient and helpful and we’re lucky to work with her. Since moving in we’ve had a couple maintenance issues, but the maintenance team is timely in responses and work well to fix any little problems (shoutout to Jeff and Luis for responding to so many of my work orders, truly enjoy the energy they bring to every call)
