  AWFUL apartment complex. I’ve lived here twice and each time it was infested and on the second move back the apartment had fleas and they tried to blame it on me. They didn’t believe me and refused to do pest control until I brought them a water bottle full of fleas. Not only are their fleas but roaches as well and i’ve caught multiple dead and alive in my apartment. I came home twice to live roaches walking around even though they said they did pest control. I’m a very clean person and have never had any infestations till I got here. There are also rats and snakes that can get into your porch if you live near the pond and garbage. Rent is insane for a 1 bedroom almost $2000 and it’s pretty much the same as the 2 bedroom rent in the same complex. Apartments are gross and so is the outside when I moved in there were roaches in my closet light and I told them about that and they did nothing. After a while all you could smell was weed in the neighborhood and kids screaming. People move out left and right they clean the apartments for a few days and new people move right in. You can’t even break the lease because it’s $3000 and you still have to pay the rest of the rent. I am a college student paying for everything alone. My job closed and the government shutdown stopped some of my paychecks and they were not understanding at all they told me I had to pay why I owed or it would be doubled. I could not wait to get out of there. My car was broken into twice and when and went and told them they stared at me like was making it up. I looked at the reviews more and the deeper you go the worse the ratings got. Do not be fooled those 5 star reviews are probably fake. Office staff doesn’t know how to do their jobs. I filled a noise complaint and then they did absolutely nothing about it. They told me to film it for next time. I could say so much more and if i could give them zero stars i would.

  Cannot say enough great things about this community! From day one, the staff made me feel welcome and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The apartment itself feels like home—bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. I love how quiet the community is, yet everything I need is just minutes away. The amenities are a huge bonus, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The Property Manager, Mariana is my favorite part of the entire environment. She is quick, efficient, & truly knows how to make her residents feel welcome! If you’re looking for a place where you feel cared for and comfortable, this is it!

  Joel was super helpful from my tour to my initial move in and accommodating a transfer to a 2-bedroom unit for more space. I have lived have for about 8 months - very responsive to maintenance requests, good amenities, and the complex is nice. Thanks again Joel.
