I’m giving 5 stars because everyone I’ve talked to no matter the situation has been professional and helpful. I really wanted to acknowledge Ky’mon, who randomly called to check in. She went above and beyond to make things right and I appreciated it.
- HSHeather Since2 days ago5.0My dishwasher was broken and started flooding, the last maintenance guy who came to fix it was awesome. AJ took his time to figure out the problem when others were dismissive, he was able to figure it out and got it done. He was kind and professional and my dishwasher finally works!

I just moved in and realized they didn't give us a the HOA pool key so I had to start that process and it's been absolutely terrible. So far about 20 calls and fourth between progress and my HOA. Somehow everyone is on a different page every time I call. It's now been almost a month of calling nearly everyday and still I do not have a key. I should've had the key on the first day I moved in this is so frustrating... we will see if I ever get the key...
- KJKristina JohnsonMar 27, 20262.0I rented from them and before the end of my lease I told them that I would be purchasing a home, and I was told I could not get out my lease, they charge me for normal wear and tear of the home I also told them about the mold in the shower how it always reoccurring and I was told it wasn’t mold it was dirt build up. Do not recommend especially if you’re trying to purchase a home they will not let you out your lease.
