  Worst apartment setup for deliveries, not even the security guard or "courtesy guard" knows where to guide. A locker or mailroom for packages should be highly consider for this place as must deliveries are timely efficient. Im not a resident in this apartment complex, I am a delivery driver that had to figure the setup of the apartments myself. If you are a resident in here please consider using amazon lockers or other safe location of your choice as not all delivery drivers take their time to deliver to the right location and leave packages where ever they please or not deliver at all.

  I’d like to give a big shoutout to Tim with the maintenance team, he has been here since my girlfriend and I moved in and any issue we have had big or small has been solved promptly. He is always helpful whenever we submit a request. Tim has truly made our experience living at Pinnacle one of the best apartment living experiences. Huge thanks to him and the entire team!

  This five star review is specifically for Tim, the maintenance worker, who always, always takes our maintenance requests and is very kind whenever we have an issue. He is super knowledgeable about his work, and doesn't mind explaining what he's doing so that we can hopefully avoid problems in the future. This five-star review does not speak to the administrative staff of the front office who did not call my wife's number or my number when someone reported her car in the wrong parking spot while she was kindly waiting for the other person currently in HER spot to move their car. The spot her car was waiting in being the spot *directly next to the spot she rents*. And the administrative staff who then referred HER car to a towing company with, again, no notice. That was 1 of 5 star behavior, and not the same kindness that my wife was giving the person she was currently waiting to move their car, and not the same kindness Tim, the maintenance worker, shows us every time we have an maintenance issue. I'm a teacher with little funds set aside for perfunctory actions like these. Thanks for wasting $200 plus dollars of our money.

  I’ve lived at Pinnacle 2 years and have had a few maintenance concerns. Nothing of great magnitude, however, no matter the issue the maintenance team responds promptly even late at night. Tim specifically has been a great help not only to me but others in the building. His professionalism, and advice offers great comfort and assurance that the problem will be resolved. Great job Tim and Pinnacle. Thank you

  The maintenance and repair crew are awesome ! They literally respond to issues within the same day and sometimes sooner than you need them to. I had a couple great experiences with Tim who helped me with my AC. He was always on top of the issue and checking back it to make sure everything was working properly. He seems to always go above and beyond and that says a lot about the management company.
