  Kristopher took us around the property and showed us the model unit and all of the amenities. He was absolutely AMAZING!! He was able and willing to answer any and all of my questions and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. He had another tour come in while we were still there and I did not feel rushed at all. He is, most definitely, an asset to the company and I hope they know what an amazing employee he is!

  I have been living here since 2021 the old management was great and I thought it would get worse but new management has been doing an amazing job with the upkeep. They responded fast to any maintenance issues or any questions issues you may have, or anything going on for the community they will let you know way ahead of time to be prepared. I will consider in renewing my lease.

  I paid a $75 application fee for this apartment, but due to miscommunication and errors with a third party, my income was reported incorrectly. The manager was responsive by email, but I never received the calls they claimed to make. I ended up losing my application fee very unprofessional experience.

  Terrible experience. Very much a money grab operation. Since the new leasing office took over they will charge you for the smallest things. $25 for valet trash that the vendor never comes to pick up. Please read this and don’t stay here . Management is a nightmare and very rude and unresponsive.
