  I recently toured the community on Saturday with Mya,, and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time explaining everything in detail and truly showed that she cares about both the residents and the community. During the tour, we viewed two apartments and spent a good amount of time walking the property. Mya made sure to highlight all of the amenities and answered every question thoroughly. One thing that really stood out to me was her attention to detail—she even picked up trash she saw on the ground, which showed how much pride she takes in her work and the community. Although I ultimately chose another apartment complex in the area due to their current specials and pricing, Momentum and Mya left a very strong impression on me. I was extremely satisfied with my tour, and this community ranked very high on my list. Mya is truly a great leasing consultant, and I would highly recommend touring with hershe definitely made it hard to say no.

  I had the opportunity to tour Momentum Blanding and it was a great experience from start to finish. Mya did an excellent job showing me around the community. She was very friendly, professional, and made the tour feel welcomed while still being very informative. One of the things that really stood out to me was how spacious the apartments are and how thoughtfully the layouts are designed. The property also looked very well kept and welcoming. Even though my planned move isn’t until mid-June, after touring with Mya I’m pretty confident that this is where I’ll be leasing. She made a great impression and truly represents the community well. I definitely recommend scheduling a tour with her if you’re considering Momentum Blanding.

  This beautiful place have been nothing but a huge blessing to me and my family.😃When we did our tour to look at a model Maya was so professional and outgoing with us that it became a instant yes to applying. The application is very easy to do .Been out here for a couple of days and it is veryyyyyyy quiet. ☺️ the layout is amazing 🤩 and beautiful souls all in all in this community so far 🤗 the protection around the clock here is amazing thanks to Jso 😁 My family and I are enjoying our apartment and want to give special thanks to Maya,Brianna, Cheyenne, Josh for this new chapter in our lives And welcome to our family😊🥰.

  I had a great experience during my tour thanks to Brianna. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, gave detailed information about the property, and made sure I understood everything clearly.

  If I could give brianna 100 stars i would i’m just so grateful for her helping me and my family getting into our new home she has provided us with a answer to every question we asked, has checked in with us during the process showing me her integrity, it really fulfills my heart moving into my new home with the help someone who is so genuine, i’m so excited, thank you, brianna ❤️
