  Place is looking good with new landscapers. Maintenance is on the ball and professional. It's old, but reasonable and inexpensive.

  All staff in front office are very polite and I could tell they put effort into making my move-in as easy as possible. Also the kitchen appliances were in top condition when I moved into my unit!

  GSJ apartments is one of the most sketch places you can live. The management is rude and condescending, so please if you must live here, do a visit first to make sure you really want to live in a rundown, falling apart, molding, stinky, unaesthetic place. For the rent here, you are better off going to live in an Airbnb on a monthly term which covers utilities. Please do not live here. I truly hope anyone who is considering here finds a better, safer place to live.

  People don't go rent from these people I had a company helping me with my rent time after time I'm being told I owe come to find out Jessica didn't put my rent payments in I asked was was they stealing the money after that I was threanthen with eviction I have legers of all our conversation nothing was done about the plumbing do yourself a favor don't if you want to live and see other people's bathroom mess very nasty place

  Not only did the front desk lady laugh at me for calling twice to find out more information, she also did not know anything about the complex you worked at. After she couldn't give me straight answers she decided to transfer me to upper management where I continued on to get ridiculed and made fun of for my questions about moving in. I have never felt so mistreated and disrespected by a staff let alone management to the point where I have to write this review.
