  Sorry for anyone reading that mistakenly moved in here before knowing all of the facts about how this place runs. Moving out is the most frustrating process regarding all of the charges they can possibly think of to add to your bill. Throw on a $300 unauthorized pet fee even if your pet was registered why not. It was hassle to get that taken off but we finally did it. They say the stovetop needs replaced, we lived there just under 3 years there is going to be normal wear and tear on the apartment but no dents or cracks on the stovetop, no reason to be replaced. Then proceeded to add a $75 fee for a "bounced payment " that we did not even attempt to make that they wont take off it is ridiculous, why would we attempt to make a payment if the $300 pet fee wasnt off yet, cant believe this is even legal. DO NOT MOVE HERE

  Horrible landlord that doesn't help their tenants and insteads puts the blame on them for what doesn't work in the apartment!!!

  Management has gone downhill. The area manager, Christine Issendorf, refused to take any accountability and refused to cover $400 worth of groceries that spoiled because her maintenance team wasn’t able to find and resolve my emergency fridge issue that lasted for 3 days. I’ve been here for 4 years, I’ve been paying over $2000 a month in rent. They charge luxury prices but cannot provide a luxury service. Christine was rude to me on the phone and blamed me for something falling and blocking the vent that keeps the fridge cool. There are massive 5 inch gaps in the back of the fridge that things regularly accidentally fall into, simply due to the size of the gap and normal fridge usage. Normally I’m able to spot and retrieve anything that slips through. Even maintenance was not able to find the issue the three times they stopped by before today. However when I explained this, she doubled down and again blamed me. She does not care that it’s 3 days before Christmas and that $400 is a lot of money, especially during this time of the year. The rest of her team was able to be kind and empathetic to my situation. The maintenance lead apologized to me that he didn’t find the issue on Friday. However Christine does not care. She is supposed to be the example that the staff at all the Fort Family properties that she manages is supposed to follow. Yet she was rude, unhelpful, and unable to take any accountability and instead blames it on the tenant. When I first moved in, the previous manager was so nice and was able to resolve all issues in a professional manner. So it’s unfortunate that this is now the current manager’s approach. Due to this situation I can no longer recommend any Fort Family property. Christine is the area manager for the Fort Family properties in this area. I would avoid any Fort Family property managed by her, which include Pinnacle, Hacienda Club, and Cabana Club.

  Had/having a terrible experience with this apartment. I am active duty military stationed overseas while my wife is in nursing school. She moved there when they first opened up, staying on the 4th floor. While staying there on the 4th floor within that first month, she had a rat problem, which was understandable due to them still building. After that incident, they moved her to the 3rd floor, where she could hear the inconsiderate neighbors that stays above her. I talked to the front office nothing has been done. Sometimes it sounds like dogs running and playing, while other times it sounds like someone is deadlifting at all types of hours (even after quiet hours). The apartment has yet to do anything about it. I am paying too much for rent for my wife not to be happy and can't study in her own home. Besides the sound and one incident, the apartments look nice, and the amenities are excellent. Customer service at the front desk is ok; you have a few that care and a few that don’t care(especially the one that sits close to the window facing traffic ). If the 4th floor isn’t available, find somewhere else to stay.
