One of the main reasons we continue to call this community home is because of the outstanding maintenance and office staff. Any issues or concerns are addressed quickly and professionally, especially when it comes to maintenance requests. Riada, Andres, and Robert are truly the best maintenance team I have ever experienced in a rental community — responsive, reliable, and always helpful. The community itself is consistently clean, quiet, and peaceful, which makes living here even more enjoyable. We are very happy to be part of this community, and I want to thank the entire Fountains at Deerwood staff for the excellent work they do every day.

The team in the office are awesome. They make sure that any questions you have are taken care of. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They respond super fast to any issue you report and get it fixed asap. The whole team here both the office and maintenance play a huge role in making the community feel like home.
