- DSDebora SantosJul 16, 20251.0Unfortunately, my experience with the warranty process has been extremely disappointing. My home in Jacksonville, FL has multiple cracked tiles stretching from one side of the house to the middle. Even though I reported the issue while still under warranty, the builder has refused to replace the tiles, claiming the same model is no longer available. It took them three months to give me this response, and only after multiple follow-ups. The only solution offered was to camouflage the damage with Akemi, which doesn’t address the structural or visual problem at all. It’s truly frustrating to see a company avoid accountability for what appears to be poor installation or issues with the concrete base. I’m documenting everything and preparing to take further action. This is a warning to anyone considering buying a home from this builder.
