PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The place is really beautiful and does offer nice units however the management here is so careless and the living conditions are bad. The elevators are never working, fire alarms go off whenever they want to (not referring to mandatory fire alarm testing) and every once in a while the water will have a terrible smell. Along side all of these inconveniences, you still have to pay an absurd amount a month and they will not allow you to break your lease early. The workers are nice and I’m sure all of these things are out of their control, however, the owner needs to step up and improve this apartment building before leasing to anyone else. Take your money elsewhere.

I want to start off with the positives, I love the interior of my apartment, as it has been difficult finding a unique loft apartment in Jacksonville. The leasing staff I have interacted with have been kind, however prior to moving in I do feel as though I was lied to, as I was told a pool would be open by the time I moved in (9/2025), but once I moved in, I was told the pool would actually not be open until 7/2026, and now it seems that endeavor has been cancelled altogether. The gym is nice, however for the cost of rent, and the lack of promised amenities (pool, coffee shop, restaurant) the cost does not seem worth it at all. I have had consistent issues with my water smelling like sewage and also tasting and smelling of bleach. I have lived in Jax for many years and when informing front office staff of water issues, I am told that "Jax just has harsh water" but I have never experienced this and have lived all over Jax. If you are planning to move here, I encourage you to read the fine print of what is actually being offered to you as a resident and weigh the pros and cons. Elevators here are consistently out of service. The dog park is made of mulch which gets stuck in my dog's feet so I no longer use this "amenity." I would end my lease early if I was able to cover the 4 months of rent that is required to terminate a lease, but until my lease ends, I hope the quality of living here improves for all residents.

Elevated Media

Moving Elevated Media into a flex space at Union Terminal Warehouse has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely supportive.
Maintenance deserves a special shoutout: responses are always timely, issues are handled thoroughly, and explanations are clear and helpful, which makes day-to-day operations seamless. It’s refreshing to be in a space where communication is proactive and solutions are handled with care. Kidanis and Cristian are the best!
The environment is clean, well-maintained, and inspiring. Perfect for a creative business like Elevated Media. We’re proud to call Union Terminal Warehouse our home base and highly recommend it to any business looking for a flexible, professional, and well-run space in Jacksonville.
I want to start by saying the staff here is amazing seriously.
The manager? Neha Love her. Fellow Sagittarius open, honest, and always speaks when she sees you. Every concern we brought to her, she addressed it with transparency and never with attitude or stress. You can tell she genuinely cares. Neha has always been open, honest, and transparent whenever my family brought concerns to her. Even when the answer was, “I can’t fix this,” she never avoided the conversation, she explained what was within her control and gave us whatever steps she could to help or bring some level of relief.
Ultimately, our decision to move came down to our personal needs as a family, not a reflection of her professionalism or character. She has a boss and a corporate structure she answers to, and without the proper support, there’s only so much any manager can do.
Just wanted to offer a fair perspective because accountability should always be directed at the right level.
Summer was also incredible congrats again girl! You were always helpful and kind.
The new assistant is another gem. No matter how busy she is, she’ll stop to help, answer questions, and still laugh with you. Professional but authentic definitely a vibe. Y’all will love her.
Maintenance? Top tier. Very professional, respectful, and they’ll explain things if you need clarity. They don’t mind pausing what they’re doing to assist residents.
Shout-out to Mercedes too she gave us a great tour and made us feel welcome from the start.
Now being honest my spouse and I decided to move shortly after moving in, but not because of the staff.
If anything, they need more support from higher management. The team is great, but you can tell they’re stretched thin putting out fires they don’t have full solutions for. Without proper support, burnout is inevitable.
Property feedback:
• Patio units — expect people to walk by and occasionally look into your apartment. There’s also random hanging out in patio areas.
• Dog park — turf needs replacing. It’s hard to see where your dog goes (I was searching for 30 minutes sometimes 😩 lol).
• Rooftop — needs more cover/shade, and the grills are often out of order.
• Garage — my car was damaged there.
• Floors are difficult to clean. !!!!!
Overall?
The staff makes the experience truly! They’re professional, kind, and doing their best with what they have.
But the property itself feels more like a short-term stay Airbnb/hotel vibes rather than long-term realistic living.
With more investment into the physical property and support for staff, this place could be amazing.
Wishing the team the best because they really do deserve it

Beautiful apartments, but does not make up for the terrible management and terrible living conditions. The water is making people sick, I was in the ER with bacteria in my stomach. The elevators NEVER work. When caught in them maintenance says "oh this again" very concerning. Fire alarms are constantly going off in the middle of the night. The A/C units don’t work. When you walk into your apartment it feels like walking into a jungle, it’s so stuffy and humid. (I will attach a picture of our air filter after they changed it. It is in a locked area we don’t have access to.) Maintenance (not helpful at all) will show up at your door, banging, with little to no notice. We have expressed our concerns numerous times, and have even inquired about how much the transfer fee would be to a different Pegasus property. We were met with no response and no help. Neha, the property manager, has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced in my life. When problems were brought to her, her response was “what do you want me to say?” I don’t want you to say anything, I want to not hate where I live and hate coming home. I thought you might be able to help. We are not the only ones in the building experiencing this. Please do not sign a lease here. Save your mental and physical health. If you need to hear more reasons why please reach out to me.
