Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. Their customer service is awful, the quality of the materials is the cheapest contractor they can find. Message me and I can tell you more about it. Don’t believe their customer service, they will tell you “it is like that”, and they will never repair anything.
- MBMary BAug 7, 20241.0Absolutely AWFUL experience with this builder. Quality and craftsmanship of the houses they sell as “luxury homes” is GARBAGE! They are cutting corners every chance they get, using cheapest materials and even cheaper contractors to do the jobs. Stay away!
- CCCarlee CottrellAug 1, 20231.0Toll Brothers changed my flooring pick months after design picks were secured due to an availability issue with COREtec. Which I understand happens and had no problem with. What they did not do was ask if I wanted to repick the wood stair stain to match the new flooring vs what was picked for the old flooring. Now the stairs with the new flooring look awful. Nicole at the design studio hasn’t cared to help find a solution, told me to deal with it and good luck getting it changed. I guess customer service is NOT taught at Toll Brothers. It’s a shame cause the builders who are working hard to build a quality home are effected by a rude and careless design studio.
