From my apartment I can see the water from here and I can enjoy the park view. Neighbors could be loud at times but mostly friendly. I love how neat this place is kept. If I have any trouble or problem I address it with maintenance and it resolved almost immediately. Occasionally we would have food trucks near the gates or coffee and ice cream days at office. This place have a swimming pool, dog park and gym also a dock to fish. I see many people walking as a workout in the evening. I enjoy my stay and would recommend it to anyone who work close by and want to save money and sanity without driving across the bridge or just simply in traffic.

When you move out, they’ll slap you with hundreds of dollars in bogus charges simply because they think they can get away with it. While living there, expect to share your home with constant infestations—roaches in the fridge, bugs in the freezer and water lines, and even a full-on flea outbreak that management caused but still forced me to pay to “treat.” The conditions are disgusting, the management is dishonest, and the entire place radiates bad vibes. Living here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly warn anyone to stay far, far away.

Can’t open the dishwasher all the way cause the kitchen is to small and there was a MASSIVE bug problem even with people coming and spraying. People who work there feed stray cats by the steps of apartments that’s gross. Constant front gate problems. Just poorly made apartments in my opinion. I’d definitely go elsewhere there is so many better options close by.
