They are on top of it when it comes to making sure their residents are taken care of and their needs are met. Nanalee has the biggest heart and truly cares about the property and residents. Kevin and Armando on maintenance work so hard and are so great to have at the community. I miss them all dearly. š

From my apartment I can see the water from here and I can enjoy the park view. Neighbors could be loud at times but mostly friendly. I love how neat this place is kept. If I have any trouble or problem I address it with maintenance and it resolved almost immediately. Occasionally we would have food trucks near the gates or coffee and ice cream days at office. This place have a swimming pool, dog park and gym also a dock to fish. I see many people walking as a workout in the evening. I enjoy my stay and would recommend it to anyone who work close by and want to save money and sanity without driving across the bridge or just simply in traffic.
