I would never in 1 million years choose to live here ever ever ever again they should be investigated by the attorney general of the state of Florida for inhumane living circumstances. I would recommend the Aston at town center over the oasis if you're looking at the specific area to live at.. I was going on a casual run around the apartment complex in one of the leasing office ladies came outside and scolded me and said I did not live there and I did not belong on the property when in reality I pay $1300 for my single bedroom apartment complex at the oasis I have asked maintenance to come fix my shower drain multiple times and Abby at the leasing office is a terrible person who does not look out for the interest of the residence, but cares about making money for the management company that owns the oasis.

Abbe and everyone in the leasing office is incredible. The maintenance staff is super helpful and kind as well. I couldn’t recommend living here more!!

- SCScott ConwellSep 25, 20255.0I have lived at Oasis for over 5 years and its been a great experience. Any minor issues with switches , dishwasher etc are addressed within 24hrs. AC issues immediately . I think the location is the best in Jax. You can walk to Town Center on the private bridge in 10 minutes. Pool is nice. Gym is excellent and never more than 5 people in there usually empty or 1 person. Staff is always willing to help. They have a food truck come by once a week. Top Golf is 600 yards away ( by living here you can reserve bins no charge at Top Golf for a few hours) . Publix and Total Wine less than a mile. They pressure clean the halls and walls quarterly, repave the parking lots every few years...basically great upkeep. Ive been in the 1st building in 2020 and its a great home.
