  My name is Ingrid. I moved here on November 20th 2024. I could not believe the condition of this apartment. I was moved into an apartment that had not been clean. First I smelled a scent. I asked this maintenance what was that smell? He acted like he didn't smell anything. I went in the kitchen and opened up the cabinet that was under the garbage disposal. I asked him to unscrew whatever that big thing was. He said he couldn't. I said a stank smell is coming from under there and if you can't fix it Iam calling the truck that moved me here right back. He pulled a dirty white container out from inside that other thing and the liquid in it smelled like 100 year old bad breath. This maintenance man asked me do I have any bleach? I thought they are suppose to have all of those supplies. I was angry but I am a Christian so I gave him some kind of cleaner with bleach in it. This man took it outside brought it back inside with the outer part still dirty. I stuck my hand in the garbage disposal and pulled chicken bones, he started laughing. I asked so you think this is funny? It was a dent in living room wall. I have Asthma and my asthma has not given me trouble in a while. All of a sudden, I started wheezing, coughing, tossing and turning, I was smelling mold. I was sick as a dog. Let me back up because Iam skipping a whole lot. The faucet in the kitchen sink would not move.The bathroom sink was draining slowly. I always bring my plunger with me. I plunged the sink and it looked like pieces of cloth was coming out of the sink. I took to the hardware store and this man asked me did I touch that? I told him of course not. He said that's good because it is mold. I kept notes on everything and gave the office notes. Let me tell you about the bathtub, the tile on the wall of tub was filthy. I sprayed the tub and scrubbed it and the tiles. I had to take a shower. If I didn't I would have marched right down to the office. After I got clean, I called the City. I have so much to tell you but I about to run out of space I believe. I have had things stolen from apartment. Someone had to have a key. I have never opened my windows but Saul he no longer work here. I love Saul. He came over to help me check my windows because 2 pair of my bigger jeans were missing that I was looking for because when I went to see my asthma doctor he gave me some steroids pills that put a little weight on me. Saul told me that he would be down in a minutes.Guess what? When I got back to my apartment someone had put my jeans back into my closet but they messed up because I keep my clothes arranged in order. Saul rung my door and he started with the front windows to the back. He said Ingrid, you are right, your bedroom windows is unlocked. I showed him my jeans and how someone had to rush and put them in there when I went to the office. I thanked him for being so caring. When the city called them, they fixed everything except that dirty thing that was beginning to smell again but it will be someone else's worry because my doctor wrote a letter and said it will be the death of me if I continue to stay here. I had to call the police several times because of my neighbor upstairs. Everywhere I move she's there. I moved my sofa because she's nosey and I put my tv where my sofa was. Here she go she moved something upstairs and she's where my sofa is. I also accused the management workers to be prejudice because everytime they would wash the other porches and clean their doors they would always skip mine. Marie doesn't speak to me anymore, she's the manager. The carpet wasn't clean when I got here, even the cable got had to lay on the floor, he said they didn't even clean your carpet. I told him they didn't clean anything. I reported all of this to the right people. I want all of you to read the names of who are giving these apartments 5 stars. I have a ring doorbell and ring cameras, I see workers go over to this apartment all the time when he is on the clock. I saw one worker trying to be slick and get into my apartment.
