I have lived here for over a year on both the one bedroom layout before upgrading to a two bedroom with a roommate. For starters, the price they show online is not entirely accurate as there is around $200 in fees added on top of your base rent which raises your monthly payment significantly. We have a 15 month lease for a two bedroom two bathroom. The base rent is $1,674 but the total we pay is $1,850. Very big price difference from what is advertised. You have to pay $77 for the internet services, they recently emailed all tenants they will be raising that price to $82 after March 1st. Thats a high amount considering purchasing your own internet can be as low as $50-60 from finity and a myriad of other service providers. They currently charge $35 a month for trash pick up. They also charge additional fees for water and sewer, even though we pay Jea for those costs. Not to mention all the windows are single pane and come with an after market screw lock. Not very safe or energy efficient at keep heat and ac inside. The one bedroom unit has the bathroom vanity and sink located in the bedroom, not in the extremely small and cramped bathroom. Having to leave the bathroom and wash your hands in the bedroom is not ideal for sanitary purposes in my opinion, especially over carpet. They won't show this detail in their online photos. You must have 'permanent patio furniture' and they will fine you every time you have folding chairs, or camping chairs on your own balcony/porch. When you are renting apartments it's pretty ridiculous to expect renters to carry permanent patio furniture to every apartment that may or may not have space for that sort of thing. They will also fine you if you leave your trash can out too long for pick up. Pick up for trash doesn't happen on Friday or Saturday when it's most needed. The pick up window is from 5pm-7pm, which can be difficult depending on the hours you work. They do some pest control but only if you call and request to have it done to the whole unit. We had some issues with bugs and whatever they use didn't help so we ended up doing our own pest control work. Getting in contact with the office and maintenance can be extremely difficult. They try to direct you to a Al voice agent, which is frustrating to deal with and has never been helpful. At one point we had a leak from an upstairs unit that caused a hole in our living room ceiling with insulation and drywall falling out. I tried calling the office and maintenance for help but because there wasn't 'a flow of water dripping' out they said it was not an active emergency and we'd have to wait a whole weekend for maintenance. They then berated and talked down to me when I stressed that this was an active emergency and I was concerned for my health, safety, and worried about damage to my belongings. Only after I threatened to go to the news and hire my own repair company and bill them back did they get someone to come look at it. They still took the whole weekend to make any repairs. The kitchens here are all very small and do not include a pantry. It took three weeks and several calls for our dishwasher to be replaced when it broke. So we hand washed dishes for the rest of that month. They struggle to keep the grounds clean of debris and they do not maintain the retention ponds right outside of units so they often gather trash from the nearby roads, making the place look rough. Homeless people often dig through the dumpsters at the back of the community and leave mess in their wake, the complex does nothing to stop this. They also do not provide ac filters so that is on the renter to purchase and replace. Overall living here isn't awful, I plan to update this review depending on how the move out process goes. I recommended filming a video walk through as soon as you get the keys as there are serval cosmetic issues and outlets that do not work that they might try to charge you for.

Do not rent here unless you want roaches!! Staff was made aware multiple times of roaches and did nothing to help. Instead they charged crazy fees when we had professional cleaners come in. Office is TERRIBLE and does not communicate. Not worth your money or time!!

Does not look like the picture online. Old buildings and pests all throughout the property no matter the how much you try to remove them. Probably because other apartments have the SAME issue so they keep coming back. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

Worst apartment ever! Roaches, they are a bunch of scammers. Did everything right cleaned and they still paid for cleaners and took my deposit without letting me know. Pest control is terrible. Communication is terrible. Never rent here again.

They charged me hundreds of dollars in extra fees after I moved out, took it straight from my deposit without telling me, and never returned the remaining balance. The office claimed they couldn’t pay out what was left — even though the fees didn’t exceed my deposit. It honestly feels like a scam. Poor business practices, subpar management, and outdated, pest-filled apartments.
