  My son just purchased his first new home with Ryan’s homes at Kirkwood. We as his parents guided him through this process of buying his first home & we couldn’t be more proud of him. We are most proud that he picked a solid & sound home builder, Ryan homes to buy his first home! The quality & price of these homes, just can’t be beat, & TRUST ME we have looked all over Jacksonville!! My daughter purchased a townhome approximately 2 years ago from Ryan Homes in another community & 2 years later she’s still loving her home. The customer service has been outstanding!! If you are looking for a beautiful home that is very well built with such great attention to details AND WITH SUCH AFFORDABILITY, then absolutely look NO further, you have found it & congratulations to you on that!! The property manager, Mr Harris is just amazing & so genuine! The sales manager Patrick, is just as wonderful to work with! Come tour the homes to see what I’m saying is true, but Don’t walk, RUN! The townhomes are selling themselves, RUN! To Ryan homes thank you for being so good to my two young adults, you guys have been absolutely amazing!!! 😊

  I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Patrick and Haris for their incredible teamwork and support throughout my Ryan Homes purchase. Patrick showed me the property, walked me through the neighborhood, and kept me informed every step of the way. Haris, the property manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed before closing and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the warranty details. Together, they created an outstanding and stress-free home-buying experience.

  Ryan homes was so easy to work with. I’m loving my new home and the way they worked to solve my issue with my garage needs to be studied! I was very much impressed and thankful the issue was resolved so quickly.Me and my sons can’t wait to turn our new place into our home

  Hi, I am now a homeowner thanks to Ryan Homes. I had a very fast move in, which may be a reason as to why my experience became very overwhelming.My experience was very rocky being that I chose to go the in house route as far as lenders, my LO was ok and the sales rep was ok( lost communication after I started the process). Overall I love my home. The closing team and project managers were great. Any issue that occurred Pablo and Harrison was on it, even after the closing date. I would recommend buying a home from them. Located at the Sadler Trace community , square footage is higher
