  I can’t say enough great things about the manager, Rebecca at Ravella. When we needed to extend our lease, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to clearly explain our options, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find someone so responsive, understanding, and genuinely helpful. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference for us. We’re very grateful for the support and highly recommend working with her!

  I have lived here at Ravella for 7 years and seen changes which is common in any big business. 8 months ago we had new management come in and I watched the things that were being done to bring the property back in shape. Great job Rebecca...Arek...Keith....and everyone else on the staff. I really enjoy living here and being proud of my place at Ravella. You have everything out your door....Dining...Shopping...entertainment.....and best of all....Ravella. Also a shout out to Ashley and her counterpart whom are always ready to help and greet the residents with a smile on there faces. Thanks you guys and girls. You make living here even better.

  We leased an apartment at this property and submitted timely notice of our intent not to renew. The staff member who accepted that notice left Ravella’s employment soon after. Ravella is now alleging that no proper notice was received and is attempting to impose a $2,100 charge. This issue appears to be the result of inadequate internal communication and frequent employee turnover.

  We rented an apartment and we gave them notice that the lease would not be renewed. The employee that we provided the notice too left employment there soon after. Ravella is now trying to charge us $2100 claiming that we did not provide notice. Their business management is very poor due to constant turnover of their employees.

  For the past three years, I haven't seen such rudeness from a property manager. She doesn't help the residents with anything at all. Dogs roam and defecate wherever they want. The swimming pool is full of all sorts of creatures, from lizards to snakes. The staff doesn't help with anything at all. I would really like to change the staff.
