  Only way id move into one of their homes again is if it was brand new rented a home in jax fl last year recieved keys and moved in home was completly disgusting mold on every window sill 2” thick of gunk and water from the airhandler in the closet had q-tips in every inch of the house and sticking up under baseboards even after deep cleaning problems continue only half the house had insulation attic had none what so ever in the summer couldnt get house below 87 with ac multiple calls tech recommend repairs and add ons nothint done, floor in dining room coming up because of moisture under slab when it rains the entire side of that house floods, outdated electrical system couldnt run any kitchen appliances fast forward to move out spent 100’s of dollars on stuff to fix the house even though most of it wasnt caused by us new blinds as the old ones were so old and sun damaged they crumbled on the slightest touch, fixed the backwards mounted door threshold quarter round that was basically just slapped on with caulk couldnt clean any walls or trim cause paint would flake right off the walls multiple mis installed plumbing fixtures and these guys have the right to charge me 280$ for “not clean enough” when there was some slight dirt in the fridge and the oven wasnt cleaned out enough yeah okay crooked landlords stay away

  just try to transfer between 2 homes. the new way of doing things for them is simply awful. otherwise good.

  I'm a first time renter being a homeowner for over 15 years. Progressive has made the experience very simple. The home that I got is in very good condition, nice layout, quiet neighborhood and any issues I've had so far have been taken care of promptly.

  I was interested in a home listed by Progress Residential, originally advertised at $2,160 on rentprogress.com on Saturday, December 11. A few days later,(December 19th) I was contacted by the leasing team to follow up on whether I was still interested in touring the home. That’s when I realized the rent had been increased to $2,340, with no explanation for the change. I reached out to the leasing team for clarification, but their responses focused on directing me to search for other homes “within my budget” rather than addressing why the advertised rate had changed. Also I was given the generic answer of prices fluctuate “based on market value” Based on my experience, I felt the communication was generic, vague and unhelpful, and the advertised pricing was misleading. After this disengenoius experience , this left me no choice but to discontinue my interest in the property. While I understand that rental prices can change, the speed and size of this increase—without a clear explanation—felt misleading. My concern was never acknowledged directly, and there was no attempt to discuss or resolve the discrepancy. Communication felt dismissive rather than customer-focused. Because of this experience, I chose not to move forward. Renters should be aware that advertised prices may change rapidly, and questions about pricing may not be clearly answered.
