Not to mention when we moved, they did not give back our security deposit. They claim that the flooring was damaged, and I have proof that the trailer was left in mint condition. Also, certain neighbors that have long resided in the community would call the office to make reports and false claims on new tenants (specifically black). The playground for the kids is also in horrible condition. The slides have holes and boards covering them. They also are laced with profanity because older kids write and draw inappropriate imagery on them. So, if you don’t want to deal with careless management and rude neighbors, then keep searching!
