  DO NOT MOVE HERE! We initially picked this complex due to affordability, now they are skyrocketing our rent. Was given the option to email the property manager who asked me to send an offer, never received anything back, even after sending a follow up email as well. Was forced to renew the lease or be charged $2000 monthly because I was waiting on the property manager to get back to me. It's been over a month and I still have not heard back. Now they’re charging me $13 for “insurance coverage”? I have contacted the office THREE TIMES about this and was told it would drop.. they took $3 off. Absolutely not. I have had no gaps in my renters insurance to be charged for anything additional. My rent increase was near 10% which is laughable. These apartments are NOT worth the price they’re charging. For just $100 more (on top of my already $125 rent increase) I could get a luxury apartment with better amenities, better structure, better staff, better maintenance, better appliances, and a better community. Their $25 trash fee is hilarious, luxury apartments charge this price for VALET TRASH, not to take our own trash to a trash compactor. This place is way too trashy to be thinking they can charge luxury apartment prices. You would think with all the car break ins, cops through the complex, outdated units, and package thief’s, the rent would be cheap/affordable.. nope. This complex is the definition of “landlord special” they just paint over everything and it looks horrible! The paint keeps chipping and they even paint over the previous tenants hairs. So disgusting!! I will add pictures of just my bathroom. No matter how hard and how long I deep clean, it still looks dirty and gross!! These people are so money crazy they will make up any stupid reason to get more money out of you. Can’t WAIT to move out of here, never been so excited!!!

  Tried scheduling 2 tours, and both times they canceled with less than 24 hour notice due to "a scheduling conflict" Seems like extremely poor management.

  RUN!!! Do not move here! By far. One of the worse properties I've ever lived at. From how they handle communication, lease violations , the atrocious parking situation, let alone they moved me into a until with bugs. To the incompetent staff , incompetent tentants and the lack of English speaking maintenence or contractors they hire to perform work orders. To where i can hardly communicate with the maintenence staff. The package room is a joke. Not safe. Not secure. Packages get stolen , and the proptery won't take responsibility and place blame on the package room vendor. Who in turn places blame on the property. The staff has double standards and truly dont care about the tentants. They pick and choose what they want to uphold of the lease agreement . DO NOT MOVE HERE! SAFE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND FRUSTRATION CAUSE THERES ZERO PARADISE HERE. ITS A POLISHED TURD. INCONSIDERATE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE NO REGARD FOR DECENT APARTMENT LIVING AND THEN THE COMPLEX BLAMES THE VICTIM TO THE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR , THIN WALLS AND WINDOWS , NO INSULTATION TO KEEP THE COLD OUT. IVE COMPLAINED TO CORP AND THEY TOO DO NOT CARE. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

  serial car robberies going on and they don’t care to do any prevention to stop this from happening. guess surveillance cameras would just be too expensive to the place we pay $2000 rent to every month! ridiculous. wouldn’t recommend unless you want your car and/or apartment to be broken into!

  This is the worst possible place to live, please take my warning and look for ANYWHERE else in Southside. Let’s start with the terrible mold problem, it slowly started to grow from the air vents after we moved in. When we brought it up to maintence, they painted over it. When walking to your car, expect to get hit. People fly through here, regardless of the speed bumps. I have been sitting on my balcony many of times and watched as pedestrians are centimeters away of getting hit. If you yell at them to slow down, they hop out of their car and try to fight you! Definitely dangerous for the children in the area riding their bikes. If you’re by building 39 the maintence man blares music in his maintence garage for you to wake up to and continues blaring it for all hours of the day. If that’s not enough for you, you might get awoken to the sound of others blaring music in their cars in the middle of the night, or the insane people who rev their cars driving through the complex. I wish there was an option to upload videos in reviews, because I have at least 20 videos of all of this as proof. The cops are always in and out of this place, I’ve witnessed domestic violence fights multiple times, people fighting in the parking lot, just pure chaos. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the apartment next to you, and if you’re below someone, you WILL hear anything they do at all times. Lastly, after ending your lease here, expect them to charge you for normal wear and tear. They want to replace the carpet and vinyl flooring for the next people with your money. No matter how nicely you leave things. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get in contact with Paradise Islands “money manager” who is in charge of move out fees. She will not get back to you. Keep all documents, everything, my partner and I have to fight with them through collections now because they are charging us for lies that they made up. They refuse to elaborate on anything, because they know it’s lies but they hope you’ll turn a blind eye to it. Ps - if you want to have fun on your tour, ask to see the gym equipment. Almost nothing works!! Lol. Half of the treadmills don’t turn on, and the tv is broken. It’s all for show. This is easily the worst place I’ve ever lived at and I hope you all take my word.
