    I recently had the pleasure of touring this modern apartment complex, and I was truly impressed. The property is beautifully maintained, with sleek, updated finishes and great amenities that really make it stand out. The atmosphere feels welcoming, clean, and well cared for. Ivonna Johnson was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made the experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a modern community with excellent service, I highly recommend checking this place out and asking for Ivonna!

    I have lived at this property since it first opened and had no major issues until the recent management transition. In December 2025, I paid my rent via money order within the lease's payment window. The prior management did not deposit the payment until a couple days later. Two weeks after rent was already paid, I was notified of a late fee. I provided the receipt for the money order and explained that rent was submitted on time. New management stated that the receipt "does not verify" when the payment was delivered, yet also acknowledged they could not access security footage to confirm or dispute my claim. My lease addendum clearly states that late fees must be included with rent and paid together. Despite this, base rent was accepted without any late fee at the time of payment. I was never notified of a late balance by prior management while they were still onsite. After weeks of follow-ups, the only explanation provided was that due to a "lack of verification supporting an on-time submission," the late fee would remain - despite no evidence showing the payment was late. This experience has been extremely stressful and concerning, especially during a management transition. Residents should be aware that unresolved billing issues may arise without clear documentation or explanation.
