- LLLucasOct 10, 20251.0CEILING LEAK IN NEW BUILD! My townhome has developed ceiling leaks from condensation on the A/C pipes, apparently due to inadequate insulation. Several other owners are reporting the same issue, and repairs so far have not resolved it. There is visible water damage behind the drywall (see photos). I've lived here only a few months. We’re documenting everything and exploring next steps if it isn’t addressed. I'll update this review if/once proper remediation occurs. UPDATE: The ceiling in the garage started leaking from a plumbing pipe, and the drywall is soaked. Centex paid for emergency NW Plumbing services, and they found a dry blockage in the plumbing. So, the leak is now fixed, but the blockage that caused this was "most likely" in the plumbing before I moved in. Crazy. Again, I'll update this review if/once proper remediation occurs. There's still soaked drywall and a giant hole in my ceiling.
