- KJK JJan 27, 20261.0I found a rental unit on apartments.com, scheduled a self guided tour, and decided to submit an application for approval. I went through the process which costs $80 and was denied. The information they provided as reason for denial was not accurate. The credit score was extremely low, way beyond any score on my credit monitoring services. I was a homeowner for 20 years, rented for 5, with no problem. My income is over 3x the rent, yet received a denial. They even went as far to remove me from the system for other viewings. I'm inclined to believe that something is awkward or misleading about this "property management" company. I did some research and was advised to contact the BBB to raise a complaint. Just be weary of these property management companies that are advertising to rent, because we have no way of knowing if they're actually legit or not. Also, the unit is still available, which I find strange. I was in fact able to be approved immediately in a condo with no problem, which is why I'll be submitting an inquiry into this business.

When I submitted a maintenance request for all of them, they were completed within a few days. My experience renting through this company has been an absolute positive one. What I like about this company is that there is a lot of teamwork. When I was not able to get ahold of my leasing agent, Irish helped me and answered all of my questions. The property manager, Sabrina is very kind and quick to respond. I haven’t had much luck with other property management companies. Nest finders is one I will be using in the future.
