  I had a really positive experience working with Adriana Reynolds and wanted to take a moment to recognize her professionalism and follow-through. From the very beginning, she stood out for her responsiveness and attention to detail. I initially spoke with the office receptionist, who said an agent would call me back that day, and Adriana followed through exactly as promised. Even though it was later in the day when she reached out, she still made sure to call me back that same day, answer my questions, and make sure I had the information I needed. I really appreciated that level of follow-through. What impressed me most was that she consistently did everything she said she would do. That same evening she sent over photos and additional information, and she followed up again the next day. Whether it was by text, email, or phone, Adriana was always responsive and easy to communicate with. It’s refreshing to work with someone who actually follows through and communicates clearly throughout the process. When we met to view the property, she was on time, professional, and very respectful of my space while I looked around. She allowed me to walk through the property at my own pace without hovering, but she was always close enough to answer any questions I had. That balance made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. She wasn’t pushy or intrusive at all, and I never felt like she was trying to pressure me into making a decision. Instead, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. It’s easy to leave reviews when customer service is disappointing, and unfortunately that seems to happen more often than it should. Because of that, I think it’s just as important to recognize when someone does their job well. Adriana’s professionalism, communication, and reliability really stood out, and I genuinely appreciated the time and effort she put into helping me. I would absolutely recommend Adriana to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and I would gladly work with her again in the future.

  Tammy Berg did a wonderful job selling my home in Lake City, FL. She has quite the tool belt and skills to make this a stress-free process as possible in complicated industry. When another agent from a different firm gave up, Tammy jumped right in with knowledge and the confidence required! I'm very happy to have met and worked with her.

  Lisa did a great job with getting my house sold! She made it so quick and easy! Definitely recommend her to anyone trying to get their house sold quick!

  Signed with Mark Spain in mid-August. House listed. Listing was incorrect with misspellings. All attempts to contact agent went unanswered for several weeks. Other realtors were calling me about showings they had requested (googled my address and found my phone number). Finally got an email from Mark Spain that the agent selling mt home quit. Then found out the one helping us look for a new home quit too. Got big run around. Found out at least 4 showings were not confirmed because there was no agent. Lots of misinformation. Everyone I talked to gave me a different story... oh and the guaranteed cash offer, we were told there was one but no one would tell us what it was. Don't sign with Mark Spain. We wasted over a month.
