  This was a wonderful community to live in! The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to our repair requests and got the job done efficiently. Mr. Carlon was incredibly kind and always made us feel welcome. Erisha and the entire leasing office team were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. We truly appreciated everything they did to make it a great place to call home. Even our purr babies loved living there too!!!!

  I am shocked and disgusted with the front office service I’ve experiencing after my mom’s dog was attacked by a neighbors dog and needed 8 stitches. Rather than taking steps to make sure residents are safe, they are charging me fines for having my mom’s dog visit and refuse to end my lease early due to safety. Just another greedy apartment complex. Avoid renting here.

  Favorite amenity is the pool! It’s so quiet and peaceful in this neighborhood. I’ve been here for a little under two years and I used to live here in high school with my parents. The management staff is always so friendly and never hesitates to say Hi when they are out and about. Great place to live!

  I moved in about 5 months ago and I have absolutely loved living here. The community is always so quiet and well-maintained.. it's truly a sanctuary. The beautifully landscaped pool is never over-crowded and it feels like a true tropical getaway, which made it a strong selling point for me. My absolute favorite feature of my home is the incredibly spacious screened in porch, which overlooks Windsor Parke Golf Course--- I have honestly not seen a larger porch for any apartment/condo here in Jacksonville. Also... LOVE having a wood-burning fire place; it makes my home feel so cozy. The location is ideal, less than 10 minutes from the town center and a little over 10 minutes from the beach. Any time I've needed maintenance to fix something for me, they come promptly and have the most upbeat attitude whenever they walk through my doors. Any issues I've had are resolved quickly and smoothly. The front office staff are always so warm and welcoming whenever I come to the clubhouse; it truly has made me feel at home here. I feel so lucky to have found this community and I plan to stay long-term, like many of my neighbors are doing :) Come stop by and see why you should be my neighbor too!
