  Place is looking good with new landscapers. Maintenance is on the ball and professional. It's old, but reasonable and inexpensive.

  this apartment complex makes 0 sense, what’s the point of a parking permit if everyone and they mamas can still park here overnight. what’s the point in putting in a service record if they all get “completed” without being dealt with by the maintenance, the plumbing is a literal nightmare everything gets backed up every other day.

  GSJ apartments is one of the most sketch places you can live. The management is rude and condescending, so please if you must live here, do a visit first to make sure you really want to live in a rundown, falling apart, molding, stinky, unaesthetic place. For the rent here, you are better off going to live in an Airbnb on a monthly term which covers utilities. Please do not live here. I truly hope anyone who is considering here finds a better, safer place to live.
