Upon move out they nickel and dime you like crazy. Make sure you read your lease carefully as they are not transparent AT ALL about what your paying for or what your deposits are actually going towards.

Putting properly in the contractor >> more charged!! (As picture) Even not sure what to do to satisfy them! Lived here almost 4 years and that is the way they run their business and treat people. Moving out soon. 0/10 on management and treating renters!
