Neighbors are very friendly and (most importantly) very quiet. I'm definitely not planning on moving anytime soon.

All they did was say we'll send pest control or that they're outside bugs but the problem got worse!! It was the worst living experience ever and my family has never lived with bugs and not to mention we're very clean! The floor plan itself is nice and they update it to make it look modern but that does not make up for roaches!! Also, you can tell that they pile paint over everything! Moved out recently and couldn't be much happier! Not worth what they charge! Sn--this was Unit 6!!

She notified management and they offered to move her to a new apartment for MORE MONEY. She decided to stay in the original apartment. Management had her move out for two weeks in order to treat the apartment. Whatever they did during those two weeks did absolutely nothing to get rid of the cockroaches. It actually made things worse. Because of the infestation, my daughter is unable to cook or store food in the kitchen. The cockroaches are everywhere--the refrigerator, the stove, cabinets; walls; everywhere!! This is not a healthy environment for anyone to live in. Management does not seem to realize that this is unsanitary and is a health issue. They act like that's just the way it is and that their routine spraying will take care of the infestation. Routine spraying is for maintenance after the infestation has been taken care of. Management here is just going through the motions and is doing nothing to actually resolve this issue. They do not have the safety and well being of their residents in mind. Obviously, this is a reflection of the corporate office's attitude.
