Moved out the end of July and I have had the worst experience with Chris Love trying to get part of my security deposit back. I gave my notice June 2nd but he still charged me for August rent and refuses to give me back my security deposit. Not even a week after I left he had sent what he claimed I owed to a collections agency but had never even contacted me to let me know this. Had he spoken to me first I could have sent him all documentation showing I had given my 60 day notice. He's new to the property and he is absolutely horrible. I will be taking them to court because per his emails he will not be honoring my 60 day notice. The lady they had before was absolutely amazing and the let her go shortly after I moved out. Chris Love does not need to be over this property as he does not possess the skills to deal with people on a professional level at all.

Moved out in March and have been going back and forth since then about getting out security deposit & now a change in management has made it that much harder. Poor communication, no one ever answers the office phone or emails back.

I have been a resident here for over 2 years in Jamestown Estates, operated by Country Roads. I had a plumbing problem this month of Sept 2025, suffering unmentionable things to get by, for almost a week. I called Able Plumbing & they came to me. $95-diagnosed that it was the park's problem & not mine. I went straight to Christopher Love about it in person & he had his guys come out & the problem was FIXED in 5 HOURS!!! THUMBS UP CHRIS!! I really appreciate it!!

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A TIME WHEN ALL OF US RESIDENTS SHOULD COME TOGETHER! THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT IS VIOLATING FAIR HOUSING, LOCAL & STATE LAWS, WHILE NO ONE HEARS US AT A CORPORATE LEVEL! RESIDENTS WE MUST UNITE & START COLLECTING SIGNATURES--THE TIME IS NOOOW!!! WE ARE CONSTANTLY BEING HARRASSED, BELITTLED AND TREATED UNPROFESSIONAL! AND THIS IS NOT WHAT OUR COMMUNITY IS USED TO!!
