Association has been made aware of SEVERAL SAFETY violations from certain residents and was given addresses of the violators 3.5 weeks ago…NOTHING has been done.. At this point many of my neighbors and I do not feel safe in our own surroundings. The police have been Out to our community several times dealing with Just like the one I’m speaking of. You would think that in such an upscale neighborhood, things would be different, but guess what it’s not!
Also, grass was rotting and molded at my brand new very expensive home.HOA was made aware of this (and Molded shrubs)and that it was bringing roaches and BLACK MOLD into my house and never replaced it.(even though it’s clearly their job). We had to remove all of our grass and replace it costing 1400$. We also had to remove the molded bushes and replace them.$200. I was told to “send the invoices in for further investigation”..That was EIGHT months ago. Have not received a dime and will be deducting from HOA dues. I’ve been on a board of an HOA before, I am very close friends with the president of my last HOA, whom I’m in close contact with weekly.
When I describe these instances with him, he just looks at me like I have three heads! It’s practically unbelievable!,
