I’m not even sure where to begin. First and foremost, I want to place a serious warning to people looking at this. DO NOT RENT HERE. It took everything in me for the entirety of my lease to not stop every time I saw a potential tenant riding around on the golf carts and telling them to get back in their car and leave. This place is horrible. I moved from NC and had to sign very quickly sight unseen because I was starting a new job. I had to sign all paperwork without ever seeing my unit. I’m not sure if the people before me were evicted or what, but above that, my units floors were absolutely disgusting, the cabinets were absolutely horrendous and we would wipe off black for 3-5 wipes. It was terrible. Throughout my lease I had several repetitive problems. My sliding door broke routinely, my fan spun very slowly, my bathtub was all scratched up and dented, poorly sealed so bugs are an issue, my bathroom sink had half of the finish wearing off so you would get powder on your hand when you touched it. We finally snapped and my wife and I went down to the office at around 6ish months living there to get a bunch of stuff fixed. We reiterated a billion times that my wife works from home, and without fail, EVERY SINGLE TIME we had maintenance come, they gave zero heads up even though our paperwork had the note on it from the beginning. The maintenance team is overall nice. They do what they can with what they have, so I can’t fault them too much. When you work for a mismanaged property organization, it’s not all your fault. In May of 2025, our AC broke, and they put off fixing it legitimately, and decided that the general maintenance team should be able to quick fix it 3 times before finally sending over an AC crew. Btw all they offered me when my apartment was 85-90 degrees was a window unit. A window unit that blows around already hot air, and acted surprised when I told them it did nothing. My wife, my dog, and I literally had to leave for 5 days and stay in a hotel it was so hot. When I sent them a formal email about it, they had nothing to say. No response. That’s what you get here. Zero response from anyone. When the end of hell hole lease ended, I expected to get nothing out of my original deposit. I got $6.00 so woohoo. After they charged me $200.00 for “Full Paint (Prorated)”. That’s illegal. Nothing I did in my apartment was outside of what the law deems normal use. So I emailed back within the 2 week time I have as stated in Florida law. NO RESPONSE. Please, I never post reviews. DO NOT LEASE HERE. It seems appealing at first. It’s not worth it. This place sucks and it’s super overpriced. Charging the dumbest fees that you’ll never use on top of their overpriced rent.
