  I lived here for 18 months and loved it. I was referred by my brother who also lived here to move in. The move in process was easy as well as submitting maintenance requests and paying rent online. As well as this, I needed a one bedroom place quick after living for a year in a 2bed 2bath and they allowed me to move out early and gave me a wonderful price for a 1bed 1bath. The transfer process was easy and everyone I talked with was very nice. I highly recommend this place for the location, price, amenities, and staff.

  Danielle at the front desk is Amazing! She helped us out so much, Highly recommend working with her! We’ve been with fort family for a few years now, the maintenance is amazing, and the amenities are very nice and well maintained. Highly recommend working with Danielle though, she was a standout and made our experience moving in so smooth and easy!

  Highly recommend working with Danielle in the leasing office! She was absolutely incredible. We first moved in to Cabana Club a little over 2 years ago, and had a horrible experience with our leasing agent at the time. But since we have moved in, we LOVE it! Maintenance is great and really timely, and overall a good place to live. We recently transferred to a bigger apartment in Galleria Club, and Danielle was incredible! So so kind and welcoming, she made the process easier than we ever expected. Definitely changed what would’ve been a 1 star rating into a 5 star!!

  Do not live in fort family!! We had a TERRIBLE experience living at this apartment. We have had ongoing issues with excessive noise from the upstairs neighbors. Including frequent banging and other extreme movement throughout the day and night. We have also been dealing with a persisting roach issue as well as issues with cleanliness in common areas, specifically within building 1300. A dog on the third floor frequently urinates on the stairs and in the breezeway areas along with leaving waste behind building 1300. I personally submitted several tickets on the matter and sometimes my tickets would just be closed without even being addressed. We went so far to even have a phone call with the property manager Christine Issendorf she said basically nothing she could do. They had to verify the constant banging before they did anything about the upstairs neighbors and never came down to verify as we called the office a few times to do so and waited for them to come they never did. They did send a pest control guy out however he personally didn’t feel like coming each week so even though we altered our work schedules to make sure there was some one to answer the door he would often not show up. Then we thought maybe it’s just this building and we could switch so we attempted to switch units and were told we can’t with out paying the rest of our lease and the new one and a transfer fee so we ultimates decided to leave the proper and from there a whole new set of issues arose. All the reviews talk about how they just want your money and yes when you move out they will charge you A LOT of unnecessary fees bot only finding every reason to not give you back your deposit but also charging additional fees and if you don’t pay with in 5 days of them sending the invoice they threaten to send you to collections as if everyone should just have HUNDREDS of dollars sitting in there account. Literally can’t even wait until a pay day ridiculous!!!! Over all live here at your own risk but as a person that doesn’t typically do bad reviews I felt I had to share and warn people of the terrible experience here.
