  Out of my years living at Cabana Club I’ve received nothing but courtesy. From the team in the office to the maintenance crew. Vanessa and Mary in the office were so accommodating I couldn’t stop smiling. They have helped me transfer from one unit to another with no problem. I’d like to thank you very much for everything. I think it’s definitely worth the rent fees.

  Don't live on the upper floors of this apartment complex. They tout how their apartments have high ceilings, but what they make sure not to warn you is that the lack of elevators means those elevated ceilings are a curse. If you live on the third floor, you don't. You live on the 4th floor and will be forced to climb up all of those stairs every day. Trips to the grocery store were excruciating. I learned to only buy enough groceries that I could carry in one trip. Ants were also a recurring problem. No matter how clean you kept the apartment, ants would still get in the pantry, the electrical socket, and even your closed food. Also, the gates were way more of a hassle than helpful. And you have to pay extra to be able to use the other gate even if the other gate is closer to your apartment. You'll likely have difficulty ordering delivery or an Uber. Also, my car was vandalized while in the parking lot, and management refused to do anything. They claimed they somehow didn't have video cameras and wouldn't even let me use their self-operated "car wash" for free to fix the vandalism. Edit: Wow, their response to my review was simply to insinuate I never lived here. Incredible. Yeah, I'm sure you magically don't see me in your records. You're claiming to look *while not even knowing my last name.* What a joke of an excuse. And how does it logically make sense that you have elevated ceilings (aka taller apartments), yet somehow that extra space doesn't equate to more stairs? How does that work?

  Moved in and caulk was already coming off of my shower first day as well as a permanent stain on the stovetop. Moved out at the end of September 2025 and they took our about $750 security deposit and we paid for apartment cleaning to make it supposedly a “hassle free” move out. It was anything but that. They are saying we have to pay over $1,300 even after taking our security deposit and paying for professional cleaning. It was not a great place to live and it seems like the management is just there to take money from people. They want to have us pay for carpet replacement when even in the inspection pictures there is almost nothing to be seen that would need to be replaced other than maybe two square feet total. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Never rent with fort family. I would do zero stars if I could.

  I transferred from Galleria Club last Monday after having lived there for 8 years. I must say I was on edge about making sure I wasn’t treated unfairly with regard to the move out fees based on the reviews. I can now say that I had a wonderful experience working with the property manager Christine. Despite pushback and countering feedback, I feel like Christine advocated for me and ensured that I had a smooth transfer. I really appreciate all that she did and I am thankful that she personally took charge of my transfer. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living at Galleria Club. I would say that no property management is perfect so I definitely had a few instances of communication failures but in the end it was always resolved. Being that I lived there for 8 years none of those moments tarnished my experience. So far I have had a wonderful experience with most of the Fort Family staff and I hope this remains true. Overall, I would recommend living here. The maintenance team is amazing and the property is well kept. Thank you again Christine for all of your help!
