  I am so happy living here at Apela Apartments! The layout of the apartments is beautiful. It is kept clean.The security is a plus for me. Residents here are friendly. The staff here are so helpful, friendly and professional.

  My husband and I moved here recently and we love it! Lena, Christina, and Alyssa in the front office are professional and friendly. The community hosted bingo night and it was a blast! Overall, I love living here!

  We all know moving can be stressful, and even the smallest things can make a big difference. This community truly understands that. Special shoutout to Lena. She made my application process and move-in as painless as possible. I made several calls and sent multiple emails, and she never once seemed annoyed. She always answered the phone in a friendly manner, and if I couldn’t reach her, she called me back as soon as possible. On move-in day, she was incredibly supportive and made everything feel much smoother. Overall, she really went above and beyond for me. I love my new apartment!!

  So far I enjoy living here. I’ve been here for about three months now. The leasing agents and manager are cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me with any questions that I had. Specifically Christina and Helena are great, they’ve helped me the most and they’re very informative. I don’t know the other leasing agents that well. Maintenance is helpful, as well. When I need something taken care of, they take care of it right away, specifically Pedro. I have had no issues here. It is very peaceful here. It doesn't affect me personally, or my peace. I’ve met some of neighbors, and they are friendly, too. I would recommend this, they are doing a very good job at maintaining it/keeping up with it. Thank you.
