  I lived in Alaqua for 7 years and I had a wonderful experience. If I ever lease another apartment it will be from Fort Family. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work!

  My review is for Jessica in the office. After touring several properties this past Saturday and encountering staff from each location, it was truly refreshing to be greeted so warmly. I was exhausted and overwhelmed and Jessica was able to put me at ease and offered refreshments while gathering information on my needs. We toured the beautiful property and the apartment I viewed was spacious, the appliances were current, not outdated, and the amount of storage space was incredible. Jessica gave a great tour and was knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I walked away with a clear understanding of the rental process and most importantly, the price! I appreciated her being personable while being professional. Thank you Jessica!

  I have been a resident at ALAQUA for 3years now. The leasing office staff are all like family to me at this point! Camy and Maddie are phenomenal and professional. The maintenance staff have always been quick to handle any issues with my place, and the grounds are literally impeccable because of them! Excellent place to live your best life ! ☀️

  Me and my husband moved to Alaqua a month ago. We had to move to Jacksonville from another side of United States and we were so nervous that we won't be able to pick something nice, quiet and safe since our time frame to move was so short. If you visit Alaqua after visiting other dozen or hundred of properties around, you just know it is not the average Jacksonville apartment community, it is so nice and welcoming. Elizabeth at the office was all smiles and made me feel like I am her first priority, even though the office was so busy. She did not rush the tour or made me feel like I had too many questions to ask (and I had TONS of questions). Alaqua is new but yet cozy, quiet but yet family oriented (we have a 1 year old). We just LOVE to live here! We don't hear our neighbors at all and we asked our neighbors if they can hear our baby and they had no idea that they had a new neighbor! The grounds, the staff, the pool and the neighborhood around is so nice. Our 2 bedroom apartment is so spacious and modern. The ceilings here are very high compare to NY and it makes our apartment look so cool. We feel very happy and fortunate that we came across of Alaqua. Thank you Fort Family for creating such an amazing property and staff! Olga

  Beautiful property and friendly staff. Called before visit for information and was helped by Shawn. He was great in answering my questions and setting me up for an appointment around my schedule. I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the property and it’s amenities. This place has everything!! Donna and Camy were amazing during my visit as they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. I’ve been Apartment hunting for nearly a month now looking for the right place for my family and I to call home. After my experience at Alaqua and it’s staff the choice is obvious!
