    We are so glad to have the new apartments in the neighborhood. People seam to be polite and quiet. The apartments on the northside of the building will have a great view of the downtown fireworks for New Years and the 4th, no reason to drive. There are places walking distance: coffee, breakfast, dinner, ice cream and then you can walk to downtown too. The walk up Laura street is pleasant. I am glad to have it there!

    Some initial problems moving in but they were able to help me out. Place has good amenities.

    All the staff has been great, but especially Sydney. She has been fantastic and very helpful through the process. I’m a new resident and can’t wait to get started.
