  I had a great experience from start to finish definitely ask for Brenda! She made the entire move-in process feel easy and stress free. Everything was handled smoothly, and she was always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. So far, I absolutely love my apartment. The team here is also very quick to respond if anything comes up, especially with maintenance. they’re on top of it.

  Let me just say Mrs. Brenda in the front office is a God sent. She made moving in a breeze. After living in one place so long I was nervous about looking for a new place but she made it as easy as 1,2,3. Good help is hard to find and Collins Preserve definitely struck gold with her.

  Terrible service, they helped me with the price of an apartment and they told me I had to submit the application in less than 48 hours to have that price. I did it in less than 24 hours and it already had a higher price. Called to ask and they told me that they could no longer do anything because the market price went up. Terrible service for not respecting the prices. I think the person who helped me is the manager of the place, the one at the second office. 👎🏻

  I currently live at Collins Preserve and it has been a great experience so far. From the moment I moved in, everything was in excellent condition and the process was smooth and well organized. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well designed. Everything feels new and very functional, which makes daily living much easier. The community is also quiet, which is perfect for relaxing after work. The management and maintenance team have been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Another big plus is the location — it’s close to supermarkets, restaurants, and main roads, making everything very convenient. Overall, I feel very comfortable living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  I had a great experience with Brenda Inman during my visit to Collins Preserve. She was extremely professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Brenda took her time walking me through the property, making sure I understood everything without ever feeling rushed. She did an excellent job explaining the details of the property as well as their policies, answering all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Her patience and attention to detail really stood out and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that Brenda genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. I truly appreciate the time she spent with me and would highly recommend working with her to anyone considering Collins Preserve.
